tools-32 Here are links to some of the tools I use to aggregate and organize what’s being said in Socialmedia land and actually make some sense of it.

  • Tweetbeep: an email alert you can set up that searches tweets for the keywords you choose (like your brand or product or name). Super simple and helps you stay on top of Twitter better
  • Radian6: a monitoring and analysis service that imports mentions of a keyword set and gives you a dashboard and set of widgets to organize and track that information into actionable insights. I use this at work and love it – I know there are other ones out there but for right now I think this is a pretty comprehensive solution and I totally recommend it.
  • Google Reader: a simpler, free way to aggregate blog mentions of a particular keyword search
  • Twazzup: A Twitter search tool with a little extra power.
  • Facebook Lexicon: this tool trends demographic and mention volume information for keywords on Facebook. I think you have to be logged in to use it – if the first link doesn’t work, try this one
